Because we receive numerous orders every day, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and handling before your package ships.
Shipping time does NOT include processing time.

Orders are shipped and delivery time can range from 2 days up to 5 weeks, depending on your location.
This is because we ship many of our products directly from our distribution centers to keep costs low.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping volume, holidays, or seasonal demand.

We are a small, independent business, so these are guidelines—not strict rules. If you need an update on your order, feel free to contact us.

Lost Packages / Damaged Shipments

Delivery issues caused by USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx are outside of our control and do not reflect the way we treat our customers. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot change or influence the carrier’s process.

If your order is shipped without insurance, BZ Mom Custom Creations LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
We cannot replace or resend items that were purchased without shipping insurance.

If you would like additional protection, you may choose priority shipping, which includes insurance.

Verify Your Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Your package will be sent to the address provided in the order confirmation, including PayPal addresses.

  • Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be resent, but the reshipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These orders are not eligible for a refund.
