Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange for these issues.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.


Return Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the item.

  2. We will notify you via email whether your return and refund were approved or not.


Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
